We are having major issues with Office 365 not loading for users since we returned from the summer break (and before the electrical storms in their South Central Data Centre) . Is anyone else having problems?

-Shared OneNote files hang and do not update changes
-Office applications hang and refuse to open causing disruption to lessons
We are looking to appoint an ICT Network Administrator to join our busy IT Support Team. Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience supporting Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 7, Office 2013, Apple OSX and IOS, SAN, LAN, WiFi, NAS. The successful candidate will be responsible for desktop and application support, server and network support, configuration and installation, maintenance and security. A computer related degree or relevant industry certificate in one or more of the above technologies would be desirable.
The successful candidate will work 44 weeks a year (school term time plus 27 days to be worked during school holidays) and will be managed by the school’s ICT Network Manager.

We are looking to recruit an ICT Technician from September 2013, initially on a one-year contract. The successful candidate will join a friendly, experienced and busy ICT Office and ideally will have some experience of working in an educational environment. Experience with Microsoft, Apple MACs and printers would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be required to look after the day-to-day running of the school’s network and its devices. This is a varied role and will suit a person who has had exposure to a selection of different technologies. Excellent communication skills are essential. Enthusiasm and commitment are pre-requisites as is a willingness to play an active role in the life of the school. If you take pride in your work and “get things done” we would like to hear from you.
