Hey man, saw your outcry by searching for 'hp device manager' on twitter of all things, crazy huh? anyway, I was having issues with that too. Did you first click on your HP Gateway? then right click and do a "discover Device"? then choose walking with IP Range>type in IP's> then wait 2-3 mins? I am also having an issue with trying to apply an add-on to a t5545. I am really starting to hate HP Device Manager!
