Update - I'm an idiot. I've put the code in the correct place now and it's lining up lovely. The only remaining problem is the images, which are indeed resizes in the article, displaying too big on some browsers. Curses...

Hi all. This is the first time I've come across a problem I just can't get my head round. The spacing on some of the pages on a new site I've built based on eg_green template is screwy - the articles are overlapping the right hand module column, and even in that column, some elements have drifted outside my 1000px site width (see calendar module). I've even used Firebug to try and track down the css element I need to change, but to no avail. Would some wonderful genius please cast their eyes over http://www.willenhallcommunity.coventry.sch.uk and give me a hint on how to correct it? Many thanks! Majik

Well, no. This is the strangeness - I don't have any restrictions on the MacBooks, and my mac accesses in exactly the same way. Thanks for letting me know that you can see it normally though - that reinforces my idea that it is some kind of peculiar filtering problem externally with Redstone (our ISP).

Now I've encountered this before, but frankly it's never been a problem until now. We launched one of my schools websites, and everything looked spanky and everyone was loving it, until the ICT Curric Leader dropped me a helpdesk ticket pointing out that the website didn't look right on the in school MacBooks. She's absolutely right - all the in school MacBook whites, for some reason, seem to be refusing to admit the CSS. Now, my MacBook pro is set up in exactly the same way (no OSX domain here), and I can see the site perfectly (see screenshot below) http://www.shepherd.coventry.sch.uk/images/MajikShot.png However, on any of the school MacBooks, it looks as below. What the heck am I missing here? I've got Firefox and Safari on the MacBooks and it has the same problem on both browsers. Our 2k3 server is (stunningly) only running a single disk (it's RAID mirrored though) in three partitions - system, common (resources, utilitys etc) and "work" (user documents -%homeshare%%homepath% etc). It's only 150gb, so unsurprisingly, we're about to run out of room. Here's my theory... Install 500gb Sata drive. Ghost image the Work partition to the new drive. Extend new Work partition to fill new drive. Hide old partition to ensure everything works fine. Set new Work partition to correct drive letter. Go. Problems I can see happening: At some point, the server is going to have two partitions attempting to share themselves as \\ourservername\work$. Anyone got any suggestions on how to do this better or if this will, indeed, work?

My schools have decided to get together and buy 90 netbooks with 3G to loan out to pupils wihtout home net access. The hardware isn't a problem, but where on earth do I start looking for 90 3G / mobile internet sims with contracts? Anyone any experience of this? Cheers (and Hi!) Mike
