OK, so my colleague who was using the Google Sheet came into bother... obviously the VBA and macros won't work in Sheets. So she opened up the Excel file version with Macros enabled and it worked.

I think its the original excel but saved in a Google Drive and accessed as a Sheet. I'm hoping to connect a Google form to the Sheet which is sent to schools to complete. Their answers should automatically feed the Limacon Sheet and automatically balance and sort the tutor groups for us!

Hi we still use this in school but instead of Excel it's now a Google Sheet, seems to work well but I was hoping for a copy of the original instructions. Does anyone have a copy they could share please? Many thanks
