    we are swapping over in the summer. I was hoping it would last another few months but its just causing issues now which it hasn't previously

    We are using 2019. I have tried link and embed code. both produce a black box that doesnt play. Only way it works is downloading the video locally. but of course this causes the powerpoints to be huge

    Did you ever find a fix for this? we started to struggle recently too. Figured out it was to do with IE but not sure on next steps. Any suggestions other than to use cloud powerpoint?
