I've had quite a few people ring and book demos who've said they saw this thread on EduGeek. Once you get the PSTs, we offer the ability to upload PSTs\MBoxs and they go straight into the redaction tool on Acuity AutoRedact: https://acuityautoredact.com/ Things that might also help is that we offer deduplication of all uploaded content (no additional cost) and you don't have to worry about manually converting to PDF. Our tool can ingest PST files, allow them to be redacted by AI and any manual changes you want to make and then export as PDF (along with a file for further editing). People really do need to hear this! You can request clarification, extensions for complex requests and in extreme cases claim it is 'Manifestly Unfounded or Excessive' and request a more restrictive scope.

Hi @BlueSkies, I'm one of the Founders of Acuity AutoRedact. We have a Data Processing Policy on our website. For docuements, we process data using in Google's London Data Centre (eu-west2) and use Vertex APIs to access Gemini locally in the data centre with a full enterprise agreement which ensures data is deleted after processing. We keep nothing that is uploaded, unless the file is over 2GB and then we purge after a matter of hours. We ensure that we are fully a processor, never a controller or storage tool. Once you've got them as PDFs you can put them through https://acuityautoredact.com to scan and block out personally identifiable information (but allow the words you want to keep). Takes seconds, not weeks!

I do this as a service, but it is incredibly controlled. You upload the data to our SaaS tool, it is processed in a contained GCP instance in Belgium using Vertex to run Gemini confined to that data centre with no chance of it ever being used for training data, analysed for PII, then deleted from the GCP instance and data centre with all redaction done purely in the browser. Honestly, every possible control is in place.
