  1. Thanks for the feedback, I am looking to expand it to support staff and colleges. Very conscious about the ads particular on mobile, I might remove the footer pop up..
  2. Hi all, Not sure if this is the right section, but I thought some people here might find this useful. I’ve had a lot of conversations recently with colleagues who are trying to work out where they sit on the pay scale, what their next increment might look like, or how things change if they go 0.8 or take on a TLR. There didn’t seem to be anything that pulled all of this together clearly, so I put together a free online calculator. It shows your current pay, the next three years of projected pay (including increments and awards), plus net pay after tax, NI, pension etc. There’s also a simple scenario comparison for things like FTE changes. I've also started developing other tools within this such as Teacher Pension and Local Government Pension Scheme projections, redundancy and student loan calculators and budget planners. Would really appreciate any feedback! Here is the link>>> https://teacherpaycalculator.com No sign-up or anything just thought it might be useful for staff doing pay planning and looking a little further down the line based on decisions they may make.
