Thanks, I had to pull out all students data then pull it into excel and use power query to filter it into just the data I need. All works. Only issue is that if a student has changed subject, they still show up. I will need to create a comparison table. Thanks again

I have so far looked at lesson monitor. I can get data for selected classes but it produces one table per class as an html document. I'd like to be able to have one table with Name, Class, Year, %attendance. I have looked at pulling the html document into power query but it doesn't give the class name easily.

Hi, I'm a teacher trying to get some attendance data from SIMS. I would like to set up a report to pull the attendance data for all students doing a particular subject at my school. I am not that familiar with the reporting interface on SIMS and can't quite work out where to start. Ideally, I would like the following columns to put into a spreadsheet: Name, Class, Year, %attendance Any help getting started would be much appreciated. Thanks
