Understandable @synaesthesia! I only think of Ultima for sign-in stations in schools offices, and prefer these two "enclosed styles", whether from Ultima or other places. Hallo all. Joined today. Qualified Teacher (Primary) but have worked in EdTech for 6 years now. Heard great things about EduGeek, and a brief browse this afternoon has been pretty insightful already. Learning the ropes and being polite, as I know it's mostly technical here. Love a good old forum, feels nostalgic.

Can happily arrange a consult on this, but transparently not technical myself. I will say, the machines being 2017 and Intel-based will be a baseline issue, which would be one of the first things to consider (though you've raised great things to consider overall beyond the hardware).
