Everyone should sign up to the National Software Framework - https://segfl.org.uk/the-national-software-framework/ready-to-place-an-order/ to save money on all licences. The framework is run by Softcat and I believe the current Microsoft A3 licence is around £48.45, even for 1 licence. Existing Softcat customers only receive the lower pricing if they ask their account manager to lower their pricing schema to the National Software Framework pricing discount.

If anyone is interested, SEGfL are offering Sophos Intercept X at discounted rates, available nationwide. 3 year licence from Feb 2026 to April 2029 £7.90 per workstation (3 year price) £15.50 per server (3 year price) Email [email protected] if you want to buy into this enterprise licence Sophos Flyer Nov 25.pdf
