I'm the founder of Sparrowhawk Communications, an education communications agency that supports Edtech, education charities, schools, universities and colleges with their PR, comms and marketing.
I spent almost 10 years at the Guardian, mostly as Education Correspondent, but also as one of the News Editors. I have worked at a senior level in communications for an agency of the Home Office and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and have been the Head of Communications and Campaigns for a national youth charity and Head of Communications (Education & Student Affairs) for University College London.
I have outstanding contacts in the national and trade media, the writing skills to powerfully and persuasively engage your key audiences and an in-depth knowledge of the education sector.
