  1. No they weren't. Adding them has fixed the problem. Thank you for your help.
  2. Hello, I have set up some new teacher accounts in Google Admin. When they first logon to Google Classroom and select "I am a Teacher", to choose their role, a message come up saying "There was an error - please try again" They then cannot get any further. Thanks Andrew
  3. Thanks, I've got it to work now. It was just that the GPO was taking a long time to propagate.
  4. Hi, I've enabled and applied the GPO to turn off the microsoft store application. I've tried applying it to both users and computers, but it isn't working. I've installed the latest Windows 11 Education 24H2 Policy Definitions on the server. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks Andrew
  5. Hi, no the students don't appear in the GAL in Outlook, or in Outlook on Microsoft 365. Though for the test teacher account I've set up, this user can see all the pupils in Teams, so can add them to the Team. Thanks Andrew
  6. Hello, since the new Teams came out, when Teachers who are the owner of a Team try to add students to the Team, the pupils names don't start to appear in the drop down. If they type in the full students name, the message "we could not fine a match" comes up. I created a new test Microsoft 365 account, added that as an owner, of the Team and that account works OK, and the names appear (see attachment). So it looks only to affect users who had used the earlier version of Teams. Has anyone else come across this? Thanks Andrew
  7. We have a number of PCs with Windows 10 Ed 22, H2. They have Protools and Avid Link installed. Avid Link is version 23.9.0.4494. I am logged on to the PCs as an administrator, I'm running Avid Link as Administrator, but Avid Link will not load. I've tried this on 6 PCs, I restarted them, and ran Avid Link on all 6 again. This time it started up on 3 of them. I restarted them all again, and this time Avid Link would not open on any of them. I've tried this a number of times, on some it will occasionally open, but on some it has never opened after re-starting. Has anyone else had this problem? The Windows Firewall is disabled. Thank you.
