  1. If your wireless network is protected by a radius server you need to give the computer object access trough active directory. We have the same "issue" here, if the computer is not a part of a our wireless group in AD then it wont be able to get an IP from the wireless network. Unless a user who is a member of the wireless group logs on with a cached profile or while connected to the cabled network. Edit: Have you tried the "Wait for network" policy?
