Hey all, we have various members of staff complaining of slow performance / drop-outs from Bromcom when creating report. They are seeing Waiting EC.WALKME.COM and Waiting CLOUDMIS.BROMCOM.COM - this can take well over an hours sometimes according to staff. Is this a continuous ongoing issue with Bromcom?? Anything we can do speed this issue up?? Apart from clearing CACHE and COOKIES?? TIA
