Hi All, Posting this on behalf of a colleague at a MAT after some advice.... A few questions related to conducting/completing SARS, any advice or comments are much appreciated! We have recently moved all schools within a Trust onto a single tenancy/single domain and centralised the system - Office 365. A DPO and Deputy DPO have raised concerns that now, with this centralised system, when completing searches they could pull in results of emails from other schools within the Trust and that this is an issue. Is there any way around this or has anyone had any experience with the above? Purview is the current system in use for conducting these results however there doesnt appear to be a search filter or parameter to limit this to school only results (e.g COMPANY). - What do other Trusts do for managing SARS in these instances? - How do you limit SARS searches/results to just per school? - Is purview used for SARS when searching emails or an alternative? On a side note, do your IT teams assist and support DPOs with SARS? Once again, many thanks in advance for any responses.

I see this has been raised a few times but I wanted to see what everyone currently has in place within your Trusts/Schools around monitoring staff. Do you have the likes of Impero/NetSupport on staff PCs/Laptops as well as pupil's? I have previously used Quick Assist - which has always done the job. Likewise, I can vouch for Screen Connect & UltraViewer as pretty solid and reliable alternatives.
