About Liquids

  1. Hi, We have been having a difficult time trying to resolve what seems to be a site wide issue that is signing people out at random ranging between from being logged in for 30 seconds to being logged in for 1h30. We have checked event logs and are getting "User Log-off Notification for Customer Experience Improvement Program" every time someone is logged off. We have had a google and have followed some other guides in regards to how to resolve this issue but nothing seems to be working. Was hoping someone has had this issue before and could offer some input. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
  2. I would also agree with trelson, we have been using it 2 years now and absolutely love it. Previously to that, we were looking at having to purchase 30-40 windows laptops as all of ours were old and dodgy, so we definitely saved a huge amount of money by just converting some chromebooks. We have had worries about it being cloud based, but it also seems to store it locally in the event of disconnecting from the WIFI. Only ever had one issue, but that was an issue on our end.
  3. The first one they mentioned being mounted in the library and then they may place some elsewhere too. Been looking at a couple of 24-27inch touchscreen monitors which we currently use for our signing in system and they seem like they would do the job for a relatively cheap price. Thinking if I use google sites I could just stick a machine with chrome os there and it'd be fairly reliable, just finding the time to add all the content they want etc. As far as the use I think they just want students to be able to interact with content for example click a picture and it flips to reveal the information.
  4. I did think about similar options but ideally wanted to use something that I could just hand off more or less straight after purchase so it wouldn't become an extra thing I have to manage but I guess as mentioned I probably am just going to have to create something myself. Appreciate the responses.
  5. I have been tasked to find some software that students can interact with using a touchscreen monitor. The closest thing to it that I can think of is like the screens in museums. Think they will want to add their own information on about multiple subjects but I am struggling to find any suitable and affordable solutions. Ideally I would like it to be easy so I could at least try get staff to do it themselves. Anyone have anything similar, if so what do you use?
  6. Toy Story 2 was my favorite at the time, I had completely forgot about it.
  7. Hello IT Apprentice doing my level 4 network engineering course. My old network manager suggested edugeek for me and its good to lurk and read how people try to resolve issues, it has definitely helped me.
  8. My earliest memory was Grand Turismo 2 on the PS1 just smashing into every wall of every corner.
  9. That's our current current situation, we are only able to purchase a very limited amount so if I could buy one or two more then it would make a huge difference. Thank you for the recommendation and information, I will be sure to have a look. Cheers
  10. Hi All, We are currently looking to replace some of our ancient interactive boards which are from over a decade ago with more up to date ones. We have had a trials of a few different makes such as promethean, benq and touch i3 but we are considering an alternative which is an Infocus board instead. Does anyone have any experience with these? This is the one we are looking at: https://www.avpartsmaster.co.uk/infocus-inf6540e-65-4k-interactive-touch-display-p159905/s159868?gclid=CjwKCAjwiJqWBhBdEiwAtESPaCV9tTGrI7BY906zTtCdIb-2WCnTg2W1zkgi3kPBnJhQkScOXHhQTBoC5V8QAvD_BwE We do not have a large budget so we are trying to get the most amount of boards as possible. I would appreciate any recommendations of alternatives within a similar price range of the one that is linked.
