    We're having exactly the same problem with Marksheets. We are having to restart the DeX service of SSM every hour during the day with a scheduled task restarting the SSM service during the evening just to allow teachers to enter their data. A patch is expected next week but after a number of remote sessions we are not optimistic.

    We're finally moving away from using excel and are currently testing Snipe-IT on our vps. Does what we need and we can export the data to their hosting if we go ahead with the project.
