  1. When we open a new tab it displays the ERR Tunnel code, even typing in any website URL it does the same, im thinking it might be something to do with Group Policy. Checked the logs and Chrome is not being blocked at any point.
  2. So i have run into this issue in regards to google chrome: Once i update the web browser to the latest version i am then unable to access the internet when using a Student account I am able to access the internet with the updated browser using an Admin or Staff account I am able to still access the internet on the Student account when using another browser such as Edge When i load up Chrome to start i get a white page and the tab shows a Smoothwall Icon and then the address of what we set to be the home page, if i create a new tab and type anything in, i am greeted with "ERR Tunnel Connection Failed" Any help would be appreciated
  3. Hey all, Currently we use Office 365, now as you are all well aware they do not incorporate their own back up policy, they only have a 30 day retention period inbuilt which is not the most ideal for our situation, so what is the best solution for backing up Office 365 content such as emails, documents etc, there are many options after a few searches that all claim to be the best, but it is really hearing first hand experience of these solutions that helps the most. So how do you back up Office 365 and what solution do you use?
  4. Come across this error ever since updating the FMS software to the latest version, does anyone have any solutions to this? Every time we go to send an email this error appears, at first i wondered if it was SMTP related, but i am unable to even find those settings within the software any more as this new update has removed the Preferences option.
  5. This seems to happen with a variety of our laptops, so we are certain it is not the HDMI ports, the cables have indeed also been replaced as a double check, it feels more a software issue, the display never has an issue, as in it stays on, no cut outs nothing, it is purely the audio side, where of course it will be jumping as the computer switches rapidly between Speakers and the HDMI output, almost as if it is detecting it over and over.
  6. We seem to have noticed a very strange issue with laptops recently, i will explain as best as i can and hopefully someone may have a solution: Whenever we plug in an external display into the HDMI port, the connection is made, and the external display displays like normal, this never changes. BUT, on the Windows 10 OS, where you see what your Audio Output source is, it will rapidly switch between Speakers (of the laptop) and the HDMI output (the external display is a smartboard, which has speakers). Any tips or tricks we can try to resolve this?
