Hello Any help will be greatly appreciated, the admin department are breathing down my neck about this. We have set up a scan to email on a canon printer using an office 365 SMTP server, when the scanned document is sent; the printer says authentication error. When i test the SMTP connection in the canon admin console i get this: SMTP authentication (SMTP AUTH) error. Check that [user Name], [Password], and the other settings for [sMTP Authentication (SMTP AUTH)] in Authentication/Encryption Settings are correct. Please help Thank you

Pupils have a personal H: Drive to save work onto, however year 7s H Drives have all disappeared, im relatively new at this It technician job so any help would be appreciated.
