Good afternoon My school has recently changed it's name and we have changed everything we can, however, when using InTouch the recipient still receives the email from our old school name? Is this something we can change inhouse? Thanks in advance Richard

Afternoon all I am in the process of implementing the templated messages into our school, however, I am having issues with the Percentage Attendance Message. I can get it to effectively do as I want it to BUT it pulls through pupils that have left within the date range I select, pupils that I do not want to send a message to. There doesn't seem to be a filter for "on roll" anywhere - any suggestions or workarounds for this? Thanks
