Computer Desks – Oyster Flip Top desks. Our school is giving away 16x flip tops desks. The desks are in good working order with working built in 17” screens. Desks must be collected ASAP from Sutton. I have attached the original quote (pic 1 & 2), and will try upload photos as soon as I can.

I have had no offers for the box. It's a bit of a shame, as the box does what many schools need, and I will sell at a fraction of the cost as we are using other software that includes the recording now.

Greetings I have successfully setup Address Book Policies so that Staff and Students only receive their respective Global Address Books. These policies work well on all our workstations using Outlook 2010 and OWA, but on a Terminal Session (Server 2003), Outlook 2010 only displays blank/empty Address Lists. Has anybody had any similar problems or read any articles that could point me in the right direction. Many Thanks Craig

I have confirmed with Securus. The box can be reset/cleaned once we send them a confirmation letter. The box can then be transferred and used on any network, and will record up to 200 connections with its built-in licenses. Further licenses or maintenance can be purchased, and the box can be registered to another school (if needed). We would be happy to sell the box for half price or less to any interested party. Craig

I am happy for the box to be trialed on your network before purchasing.

The box wasn’t used much but does have some information on it The old/past information it is easily archived, and will eventually automatically overwrite itself. It should be easy to view only your new violations.

I don't see the need to transfer the licenses as the box is licensed to record up to 200 computer connections, regardless of what network it is installed on. I'm sure Securus would do some deal if it is necessary though

Greetings Our school has a Securus Box + 200 licenses for sale. The box is in good condition and fully working. It can monitor, record, block etc many activities on 200 workstation. We paid £4500 for the box a couple of years back, but are willing to accept a lot less, as we no longer use the box. If you are interested, please contact Craig for any more details

Greetings I'm looking for an easy way to automatically daily shutdown and wake-up most our XP workstations on a 2008 R2 DHCP domain. The script or program would need to get IP and Mac addresses from all the XP workstations; excluding those needing reservations; and from a windows server shutdown and wake up the required workstations at an automated time. These XP workstations on different VLANs can be woken up using commands like MC-WOL; they all are WOL enabled and have the latest updates and PowerShell. If there are any recommended free (or good value) tools already out there, please advise, as it could save me needed time. Otherwise I’m hoping someone could kindly aid me in writing a script with my limited scripting knowledge. Any ideas are most welcome. Thanks

Finally found out that Solus3 cannot deploy Sims.net to a new workstation until it has downloaded a release update. So basically because we installed Solus3 after the Spring 2011 update, we have to wait till Summer 2011 comes available online, download it with Solus3, then deploy it. Nice 1 Capita
