Providing great customer service to our schools, so the school loves us enough to renew their support contract. In this role providing Great Customer Service is more important than the tech! Therefore, we are looking for someone who can talk to a person as well as a computer. You may have been or currently are an IT Technician on a school site and can therefore ‘talk school’ and be familiar with the apps that schools use.
