  1. Hoping that somebody can help me with this... It seems that when I message parents who have more than one child at our school, even though I have sent the message to the contacts of a specific pupil or specific year group, it doesn't show for which of their children the message is related to. What I want is to be able to tag the relevant pupil in the message so that the parent knows which of their children the message is for i.e. generic self-isolating letter sent to parents. For some reason when I go into send general message I don't have the Pupil/Student Data Items button for me to be able to do so. I only have the School Data Item button, What I also don't have is a template button so that I can choose another template which may contain this Item button. Any help would be much appreciated.
  2. Considering this for our school. Anyone here know roughly how much it costs? We have just signed up to SIMS Parent this year so would make sense for ys to stay with SIMS. I know these posts are from a while ago but all feedback seems to be very positive? Still the case?
  3. We have registered with SIMS Parent and In Touch this year. It's been a tough old slog getting it set up! I have parents bringing the same issue to my attention i.e.not receiving push notifications despite having them enabled in their phone settings. It's a bit frustrating as it's one of the main reasons we moved to SIMS Parent because we wanted the Push notifications. Don't really know which steo to take next when parents have shown that they have them enabled on their phone?! On another note do any of you know if it's possible to turn the two way messaging off? Only want people to reply to the In Touch messages we send out, don't want them to be able to reply to messages sent out on SIMS Engagement.
