Interested to know your thoughts on this? What did you go with? We have just left DattoRMM due to pricing increases and also went around all the big players for demo's and webinars, we settled on Atera and we're happy with it so far, so much easier to use than Datto and from talking to our account manager, there are some big improvements on the customer facing side of Atera coming very soon.
