  1. Never did get anywhere with it. Gamemaker game rely upon directx to run which Citrix doesn't have Sorry I can't be of more help.
  2. Hi Folks Is there anyone out there that's managed to get the games created by GameMaker to run through Citrix? We're running Windows2003 server sp2, of course, with Citrix Presentation Server 4.5. I've been attempting to run Game Maker 7 across a session with no luck but can get Game Maker 6 to run. However, the problem comes when the students try to run the games it creates. When the students try to run a game either trialling it in debug mode or as an exe the errors 'Failed to create Direct Music Performance' and then 'This application requires a 16 bit or 32 bit colour mode. Should I switch to a valid color mode?'. Regardless of choosing Yes or No it refuses to run. If one chooses yes it still complains about colour modes and doesn't work. When we've changed the script that runs the ica client to display 16-bit colour it then can't complete the drawing surfaces. Any ideas, other than don't use it , gratefully received
  3. If you are still interested to see a thin client (Citrix) set up and discuss it further you could contact me. I'm based in a school in Andover, not a 1000 miles from you and would be quite happy to show you our set up.
