  1. Looking further intoit, it seems to affect staff that roam, but only if their laptop has been imaged since the change of DC. We use PaperCut as our printing solution, but would expect this to be more widespread if there was issues with PaperCut
  2. Thank you, I'll give this a go
  3. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place, these are what we have set.
  4. Should be there hopefully this time
  5. They do indeed, please see image below
  6. We did indeed, and yep, they laptops are pointing to the correct DNS Servers. It does seem to just affect wireless devices.
  7. Good Afternoon All, Since we have migrated over to our new servers, we have had an onoging issue, on first login that the folder redirection is 'Pending' it then requires a gpudpdate which then fails due to a lack of connectivity to the Domain Controller, the machine is then restarted, and when the login is started gpupdate via impero, which then seems to sort the issue. We believe it is a DNS Issue, but is there something I should be checking? DNS isn't something I am overly experience with so any help is appreciated
  8. Good Afternoon All, We have an issue where, the print server keeps being shown as 'server offline' but only on certain laptops, there is nothing in the event viewer to try and diagnose the issue, and it doesn't seem to affected by roaming as a lot of the staff roam so to speak. The only way to fix this that we have found is to restart the print spooler, and sometimes can be fixed by turning the wi-fi on and off again. We use PaperCut as our printing solution, but would expect this to be more widespread if there was issues with PaperCut Is there anything else I should be looking into? I have deleted and re-installed the print drivers, cleared out the printers folder out, but cannot seem to permanently sort the issue. Could it be something like DNS? Any help is appreciated
  9. Was through the app, I shall give this a go, Thank you
  10. Yep, they can access their office365 account, just seems to be an issue with Teams!
  11. I currently have one member of staff, who cannot login to Teams as they get: We Can't connect you It looks like we can't connect to one of our services at the moment, please try again later, or contact your helpdesk if the issue persists. HTTP 404 login.microsoftonline.com All other members of staff are able to login fine, the member of staff has had a name change not sure if this could be an issue, linked to all Microsoft products?
