Would really appreciate any help from anyone who has got the information from SIMS to create csv's needed to set up microsoft teams for their school. I have been directed to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/schooldatasync/school-data-sync-format-csv-files-for-sds I am not usually in IT so please bear with me if this is something simple! I know how to export info from SIMS to a csv file like first name, last name etc but where would I find SIS ID and school SIS ID information? Is this on SIMS or elsewhere Thank you so much

We have now gone down this route after failing to do the bulk upload of email addresses after trying for a week at all hours! What I am now worried about is that in the instructions from edenred it says that you have to use the email address used to access edenred when redeeming the eCode😫. We have 290 ecodes and I am worried that when our order is fulfilled we will now have to redeem each eCode individually using this email address(which is the Principals!) and then send out all the vouchers ourselves. May I ask do you just send out the eCodes to parents using a mailmerge and the system allows parents to use their own email address when redeeming the eCode?
