The length and quality of the HDMI cable used can have a big influence of the picture quality and stability. Try a short HDMI cable connected directly from the computer to the screen, to see if it is a fault on the screen itself. Also try connecting to HDMI 3 if it has one, sometimes the signal quality differs between ports even with the same cable
