If you have a split load board with 2x RCD main switches could be many things !! Lighting circuits are a nightmare when updating the consumer boards !!

Yours is s-mode on remote

We use a derivative of viewsonic called BVS (same thing ish) our remote has freeze on it but never worked until the update

We can do it from remote

I found that the mirror where the bulb goes in gets distorted with heat over time especially when the bulb blows

Our BVS 65 inch screens had a fix I-mirror .APK file that applied the freeze frame

Hi all i'm having problems with updating firmware via usb stick on power up !! getting upgrade error have been emailed a .bin file from the firm but its not working . the fault is that the screen power on goes to loading apps then goes black screen nightmare problem can anyone help regards Dave its the 4K version 75inch android model !!
