About ToweringTechy

  1. The main reason is the ISP's dont have to worry about delegating bandwidth to your company/school. As its at the local exchange you are only going through that exhange and not being routed over an ISP's network across the country.
  2. I done a migration a couple years ago and i still have the powershell script i used. Basically, use the eDiscorvery, download all users mailboxes as separate psts. run my powershell script which will move the folders in the pst around to make them look like a proper mailbox. Reupload them to the new tenant and away you go.
  3. My trust and setup is very similar to localzuk's but we do have a MPLS and have our servers hosted where our MPLS terminates in a data center. No servers at any sites at all. We currently have 2 primarys one junior and two high schools. We're also moving to remote session servers at the moment once i get the RDSH build finished.
  4. Just out of curiosity, When there is a fire do you use it for the fire evacuation and if so do you remove the ipad from the case or how do you do it?
  5. Im looking at signing in app at the moment for a different reason but i have found signinapp.com £300 a year is pretty dam good! You can purchase a RFID reader and ipad with a printer for £1000 for the first year.
  6. Hello All, Im looking at SCDPM as its part of our VL with MS and thinking of doing this deployment; The HCI and synology are already deployed. This thread is more asking is this a suitable setup for DPM 2019. I have tried to use iSCSI in the past and that had always corrupted the disk on the synology so i am a bit hesitant trying DPM out again but this time doing it correctly. I look forward to your advice and ideas. thanks
