The main reason is the ISP's dont have to worry about delegating bandwidth to your company/school. As its at the local exchange you are only going through that exhange and not being routed over an ISP's network across the country.

I done a migration a couple years ago and i still have the powershell script i used. Basically, use the eDiscorvery, download all users mailboxes as separate psts. run my powershell script which will move the folders in the pst around to make them look like a proper mailbox. Reupload them to the new tenant and away you go.

My trust and setup is very similar to localzuk's but we do have a MPLS and have our servers hosted where our MPLS terminates in a data center. No servers at any sites at all. Hello All, Im looking at SCDPM as its part of our VL with MS and thinking of doing this deployment; The HCI and synology are already deployed. This thread is more asking is this a suitable setup for DPM 2019. I have tried to use iSCSI in the past and that had always corrupted the disk on the synology so i am a bit hesitant trying DPM out again but this time doing it correctly. I look forward to your advice and ideas. thanks
