When i pupil comes to sign their exam printout and says "but i typed loads". Then you can revert back to previous versions and find out what went wrong.?

So. Is there no way at all to recover these files? I know these pupils! they are good kids! with angry parents...8| Also where can i download the latest version?

Hi Guys. This is my second year of using exam write pad, last year i had no issues at all. This year i upgraded to v2.4.2.2 and during our Mocks i have a few files that just show blank files. does this mean they didn't save? i have frustrated teachers ready to pounce on me.. Please say it aint so..
