  1. Hi Rob, the problem I have is: there's an administratoraccount in the Android and it's protected with a unknown password. So if I can reset the Android to factory, all the users, included the admin, would be removed and I could start all over again. My question: is the a possibility to reset the Android settings? Maybe a combination of pushing keys, like on an Android phone?
  2. Tx Rob, gonna search for that and apply it.
  3. Thanks for the help but i can't find a way to reset the board to factory. I have the possibility to reset the screen but that doesn't change anything to the users that are created on the Androidmodule. This screen was our first Clevertouch and we made some mistakes when we preformed the setup. And now I want to go back to factorysettings so I can setup it again from 0. So everything must be removed and start all over again. And that's something I can't find with your method, but thanks anyway.
  4. Hi all. If I follow the mentioned procedure, will it also swipe the useraccounts? We have the 86" model with Androidmodule and somebody has created an account with administrator privileges. I don't have the code to enter this account, so I was thinking to factory reset the screen. But will this also remove the accounts?
