Sorry to post on an old thread, but I'm new to this.. We have an issue with Netsweeper not providing identification of any user device on any report, so we're unable to know which user account\device has breached\connected to inappropriate material. On the Prevent report, we only see the Client IP, and client name is transparentpupil@NSW-Server name. We do not use a proxy, only Netsweeper + Radius. Would anyone have any thoughts, or experienced similar? Thanks
