  1. Superstore, just love easy watches. It's got that kind of Office (US) feel to it.
  2. Thanks for all your insights with this. Found out the problem from the Ubiquiti forums but thought I'd post here as it seems like a common occurance. Basically IKEv1 is perfectly fine on UXG-Pro's. IKEv2 and v1 is ok on USG-Pro's. Seems it's just the newer UXG's that's having problems. Hopefully will be fixed in time with a Firmware update.
  3. Thank you all
  4. Hi All, I need some free preferably (Trial is fine) ping software that we can run from a laptop over the weekend. I then just need a report to show me times and how long for something has dropped. I've looked around online but struggling to find anything decent, anything you guys use? I should note that I need to ping two IP's simutaneously Thanks All!
  5. Thanks all, my eyes where decieving me and my brain hadn't woke up! The contractors set the gate way to 192.167.*.254 and ours is 192.168.*.254. I feel like an idiot was looking around for ages!
  6. Hi All, Bit confused with this one. So we've had some contractors go out to the care homes and replace a photocopier that was working fine with a newer model. They've copied the correct IP Settings and this is confirmed as I've checked it myself. I can ping the new Photocopier when on site but through the VPN I can't which is a problem as our Print Server connects to the photocopiers using this VPN. This is the case with all our Sonicwall sites. Anything that's using a Unifi Router is fine and goes through ok. Any help would be most appreciated, stuck in the middle of it all at the mo!
  7. Yeah, they're all using the same ISP although we just have standard BT FTTC in most of the homes and it was working previously when we had our Sonicwall to Sonicwall setup. Thank you I think so, difficult to catch though with it being on a different site. I've had the ISP monitor it but all they've seen is the connection drop when I've had to restart the router. I was thinking about just running a constant ping from one of the computers on site and seeing if it drops around the same time the VPN goes off. If anything else pops in to mind though please let me know! Thanks both
  8. Hello All, Having a major problem here that I can't seem to work out. We're a care home provider and all of our care homes connect back to our Head Office through means of a Site to Site VPN. It's a manual IPSec VPN and we're currently using the UXG-Pro's to do this. We have it setup the exact same way in other care homes and it's running fine. At the other end it's a Sonicwall box but as I say this is running fine across all our other homes with the same setup. A restart of the UXG-Pro seems to fix the VPN and it comes back online again. I have also tested and found there's nothing wrong with the client computers, network or internet. Seems I can ping the internet and even our Head Office public IP address but the VPN has just randomly dropped and won't come back online again until we restart the UXG-Pro. Any ideas?
  9. Cheers all those instructions seemed to help! Once I did the IIS thing I was able to do a server cleanup! I don't understand why these settings aren't the default when you install WSUS since it's even recommended by Microsoft... bit backwards to me!! Thank you all though that was a big help!
  10. Cheers mate. I've tried doing that a couple of time hoping it will just go through but it never has. I have tried one by one multiple times but still causes an issue? What's the script is it expensive? Not sure if I've got another option unless someone knows anything else I can try?
  11. Got a problem with trying to clear out the cached updates from WSUS server. I have declined them all but upon running the Server Clean up Wizard I keep getting the below message? It runs for a bit and then as soon as it says deleting unsuded updated, it hangs and then crashes like this. Clicking reset server node makes it all come back up again but this happens every time I run it?
  12. But surely as the IP is configured manually on the printer this wouldn't make a difference right as it's not relying on DHCP for it's IP?
  13. It's a Cisco 3000 Series Layer 3 Switch. The printer isn't connected directly into this switch it's on another switch but rebooting the core switch brings it online. Ah ok well I have a new 9000 series switch to replace it soon which all the VLAN's have been configured new so I won't bother re-creating it on this switch. What would changing it to port-fast change? Thanks for your help mate!
  14. Hi All We have this strange issue here where we have connected a printer to the network. It's on the correct VLAN and all the IP settings are sound although I can't get the stupid thing to ping. What seems to fix it is restarting our Core Layer 3 switch which then bring the printer up? This tends to only happen when a new printer is put onto that VLAN and once the switch has been restarted it's fine for the rest of it's life? Can anyone work out what would be causing this?
  15. No I've checked unfortunately no other user has it open, good call about AV I'll have a look.
