Hi All, Does anyone know a way to export a list of all google shared drives including how much storage each of them is using? In Google Admin under Apps > Google Workspace > Settings for Drive and Docs > Manage Shared Drives. It shows you the list and the storage used but there is no export button to csv/google sheet. I don't want to do this manually as I believe there are nearly 4000 shared drives!! Anyone know how to do this. I use GAM but the resources ive found with the commands dont give the options to export the size of the shared drive as well. Thanks Dan

Standard. You cant upgrade 2012R2 to 2022. you have to go to 2016 or 2019 first.

Tried mounting it from the ISO locally as well same thing. Absolutely zero in eventvwr. It doesnt do anything so not suprised there are no event logs to be honest.

I have 1 server 2012r2 server that I have enherited that I need to upgrade to Server 2019 - SIMS server. We are moving to cloud MIS before the end of March but SIMS Autumn requires 2016 or above. I have cloned my SIMS Server VM - Hyper V I have put the 2019 ISO into the vm. Run the setup .exe and nothing happens, no error messages or popups nothing. I have tried the below. - Disable Sophos Tamper Protection - Reboot Server - Log on Locally - Take server off domain - Run the exe by doing right click run as admin - Run the exe from CMD - Changed virtual drive letter from D/E to X - Run sfc /scannow Have tried the 2016 and 2019 ISOs with no luck. Ive tried the same ISOs on other vms and they work so know the ISOs are good. Any ideas?

Couple of my schools use '3BM Attendance' Its a report for SIMS that you need to purchase every year and the attendance team run that whenever they want and it gives loads of information. Think its only in the £150-200 a year range. They also offer one for staff attendance. I purchase it through my local SIMS support company. Here is a link i found on Google showing some screenshots https://czone.eastsussex.gov.uk/media/3556/3bm-sims-attendance-report.pdf

Login loop on Chromebooks - anyone else having this issue today?
DSapseid replied to TMBS's topic in Cloud Services
Havent seen the login loop issue for a few days now luckily. I would guess that google fixed the login loop issue. This update caused the SENSO extension to have a meltdown. SENSO now fixed it so fingers crossed all good! Roll on the weekend! -

Senso status page says the updated extension has ben approved. Ive tested on a couple of devices and all appears back to normal. Not experiencing the constant refreshing. -

Yep having the exact same issue here this morning. -
See the post 15 in this article /showthread.php?p=1648633 "Google Drive File Stream Launcher Utility" it basically looks at the latest version number folder and launches the application from that directory. Works really well have used it for about 18 months.

Our head and deputy head did it between them over the course of a weekend, i offered but they said that i had found it all and then i had to scan it back in after they had redacted it all.

our emails are all on gsuite so once the retention policy kicks in they would be gone from vault. Just trying to look into if i can set different retention policies per ou in gsuite as the entire trust is on 1 gsuite setup and dont want to delete other schools emails!! If not i might look at GAM and see if i can delete emails that way.

Ive just pushed it back asking if the time frame certain users can be narrowed as it is excessive!! The emails are for time period 2011-16 this just helps my case for a retention period!! If we had one there would be no emails to print!!

We have had our first Data Subject Access Request! I have run the search on google vault for the emails for the time period and phrases as requested by our data protection person, this bit is all fine. However it has returned 3400 emails..... they want to be able to print them all off (or preferably just one for each email thread) then sit there with a sharpie marker and redact them all and then scan back in and send to the requester. I have 20 or so pst files from the vault download that only contain the messages relating to the search. I want to be able to either easily print all these emails or convert to pdf so that i can print from that. There seem to be lots of paid options for software, has anyone used anything to do something similar? or have another idea?

I have used this the last few years and it was great! Going to make my visit tomorrow slightly harder to navigate! Looks like if you go to the companies list, find the company you want and then click on the stand number at the top it loads a map with the stand highlighted and your location. I think you can also do this from the interactive map and searching for the supplier. Not as nice as previous years but this is my plan for tomorrow - with a list of stands i want to go see saved in a note on my iphone.

As far as i know you cant do this, the only way i have found is to pull off the number of present marks in that time frame and the number of absent and then work out the percentage from that. Happy to be proved wrong if you can do it though but as you say only ever got it to pull out the current attendance.
