Outlook Email Signature Automation with AD Attributes

You would need to create another HTML file and change the registry keys for reply messages to point at that file in the Set-RegistryEnteries function- 135 replies

Without them being publically accessible you can't without us doing some converting and adding them with code. I will add another script to the repo tomorrow that does this. Conversion and you could adapt it. Thanks- 135 replies

Hello @Napoleon! Feel free to DM me an example and what your issue is. I will glad help in my spare time. Can I just ask if you are running the latest branch or the development branch? There is a couple of fixes in the development branch. Cheers.- 135 replies

Hello everyone. Ready for people to give ago is a rather large rewrite of the script: https://github.com/captainqwerty/AutomatedOutlookSignature Version 5.0.0 is a bit of a huge rewrite but very much achieving a similar end. This is essentially the foundations for further work with many other ideas I have had to improve and adapt this project. Thank you everyone.- 135 replies

I am currently working on a big rewrite of the original script to add a bit more readability and a few more features. I will take this hugely into consideration! Thank you. - - - Updated - - - I am very sorry I never got back to you on this - the first few months of this year have been ridiculous for me. I am able to assist if you want - DM me if you have Discord and we can directly message on their for ease.- 135 replies

Hello, There are a few options for it working with OWA but it would require modification, currently the new Outlook and its ability to sync signatures is actually making the script be a little strange at times so I am just looking at that to see if it's fixable or if the script needs to be totally rethinked. As for the lay out of the signature you should be able to achieve that pretty easily as long as all the data is in Active Directory.- 135 replies

Hello, Sorry I have been so busy recently. I am going to branch off my original project to make a new one for users Office 365 (rather than office 2019) as the Outlook signature sync seems to be breaking this script I can investigate the no local AD while I am at it but I have no ETA sorry. Thank you. - - - Updated - - - As mentioned in my previous post, I am going to start a new branch of the project and start again due to how much the new Office 365 outlook signature syncing breaks it - this will potentially give you what you need. Thank you - - - Updated - - - If you could DM me with the desired fonts/sizes etc. I can quickly knock up the HTML for you for this. thank you.- 135 replies

Hello, Do you mean using the online Outlook? If so - currently not I am working on that. If you mean an installed version of office on users machines, they should all be supported, not seen a version yet it does not work for. Thank you- 135 replies

Righttt, I have not looked at roaming signatures or what part they play in this sorry. I will have to complete some research on this topic. So are you actively using Roaming Signatures in your estate? Thanks.- 135 replies
