Help cannot login to Router Ruckus ZF7363 from JP

Plates have a router bought from ebay. ZF 7363 series of network JP02 967-7363-au Wi-Fi Spot the date. I can not log in id and password I wish people who help. Thank you

Unfortunately, nobody here will help you bypass the login and password on it.

If you reset the AP using the reset button then the login details will be reset to default.

 

Username = super

Password = sp-admin

 

These details are highly documented on the internet

Speak to the person you purchased the device from on eBay (if the credentials mentioned above do not work) or request a refund and send it back.

Ummm... Is a ZF7363 not a managed wireless access point?

 

It won't work without:

 

A) a valid licence

B) a zone director controller

 

You won't be able to get firmware without a valid support contract.

 

and it's not a router...

 

Send it back.

You can download Ruckus firmware for individual APs without support, just need to sign up.

 

It will work in standalone mode. No license required
