Cannot click on Flash player settings

I have discovered this problem on a few computers today..................

Windows7/ 32 with connections to Samsung CP-135 visualiser and Smartboard.

When dragging the flash plugin for smart notebook shortcut into smart notebook, (to show visualiser image) the Flash Player settings box appears, but I am unable to click on the settings buttons.

The latest flash and smart notebook, and smart drivers are installed, and fully Windows updated.

I have cleared the cache and deleted Flash folders in appdata, and I can't think of anything else I can do.

 

Any help would be appreciated
