Exchange 2010

Dear all

 

I wonder if anyone can please. We’ve had exchange 2010 set up in the school now for about two and half years and it’s working fine until recently when some staff are complaining that they are having their reply to some email addresses return undelivered. As I understand it, these email addresses in question can email the school but we can’t reply. One of the error message is :

I have clicked on the linked which took me to mailreport.co.uk ahich gave a lot of explanations but no possible solutions.

Can anyone help please??

Generally, make contact with the admin of the mail addresses you are trying to send mail to, and ask them nicely to add you to a whatever his equivalent of a whitelist is...

Looks like you need to ask Starkey Button to add your domain to their whitelist! Is it just happening with emails sent to that domain?
