Visualizer Software

Hi,

 

We have 35 epson elp-dc11, these come with some software from ArcSoft.

 

We currently have an issue when users try to say there videos / photos in that it does not seem to be able to read the path.

 

I have debugged the software and I am unable to find where the issue lays, but believe it has something to do with permissions.

 

I was wonder if anyone had any software they would recommend which worked with different types of Visualizers, I have tried a few but they only work with the manufacturers products.

 

Any help or ideas would be great.
