How to find Command Bar ID's in Office 2003

I would like to restrict the toolbars that a user can use in Office 2003 and was wondering how to find the command ID's for the toolbars, I have used this resources http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/HA011402401033.aspx from Microsoft but it fails to tell how to find the ID's for actualy toolbars, and only for the commands available in the toolbar. Anyone else done this, and if how? thn

Long time since I did this, but basically you get the IDs using a macro. It's pretty easy to understand, and get the IDs for the menus you want.. well I managed it!
