caller isn't heard using a KX-NT321

Hi everyone.

 

I have working a Panasonic TDE-100 pbx, with digital and analogic extensions.

 

Now i'm trying to add few IP propietary extensions using KX-NT321 terminal.

 

The problem is that calls to and from the IP terminals are heard only in one direction. The person who is in the IP terminal perfectly listen to the one on the other side, but the one on the other side does not hear the speaker from the KX-NT321.

 

I tried multiple telephones to rule out a hardware problem.

 

So where is the problem?
