Automatically change IP based on hostname

We currently use FOG to image our PCs in school, however after imaging any staff PC or laptop, it would be nice to have a utility that would read the hostname, and change the IPaddress on the wired card to suit. Is such a utility available?

Well you could just use a runonce logon bat/script, that will match a name to IP, but can't you just do it via DHCP reservations? Seems a lot easier
