Hi,

We do most of our static bookings via the xml file, either by exporting from SIMS or making smaller changes manually. Unfortunatley this causes issues when we add a static booking to a period someone has already booked - ie. the casual booking will still show on the system even though it's a timetabled lesson and the teachers have to fight to the death when they both turn up at the room at the same time. Normally I wouldn't complain, but afterwards they tend to come and fight us too.. which is not so great.

I assume this is the case when you add a static booking using the control panel too, so I was wondering if it's possible either to have a section which shows clashed/overridden bookings, or at the very least add in some alternate styling for overrides so they'd be easy to spot at-a-glance? Had a quick look through the css and couldn't spot anything but apologies if it's there and I've missed it.

If you add a static booking, and there is a booking already present, make a note of the Lesson/Resource/Day and check the main screen, if you don't see the timetable lesson icon on the right of the booking slot then it's a non-timetabled (non-static) lesson. Outside of that I'm struggling to get the time to work on HAP+ at the moment, being a Systems Manager, Timetabling, Technician, supporting 4 primary school, doing some high level site management, supporting cover, etc is taking a lot of my free time up.
