Web Server running Parallels Plesk V11.9

i'm having some issues with a VPS server of Windows Web Server 2008 R2 running Plesk 11.9.

 

does anyone know what correct user/group/permissions are for hosting websites?

 

I have some customers who are also using Wordpress and having issues updating plugins etc, also FTP is an issue as some FTP users can't create or delete anything.

 

I think there are many issues going on, but the server has been running for about 2 months now, and the issues have been thier since the start, however my VPS Provider says they only support the Windows Base Image itself.

 

I thought i would ask everyone on here before i contact 123-reg again.
