TV bulletin board help..

Got an internet ready TV donated to the school. They want to use it to display pictures and information in the reception area , but spend as little as possible. I have an old laptop I can use to 'run' the TV software . but i'm looking for something cheap ( or ideally free ) to do this. Any help / suggestions gratefully received.

We used it at my last place. Its free and lots of support for it.

Lots of users of it in Edugeek too.
