HAP 8.7 on UAG 2010

Bit of an odd one here - we've got HAP published through UAG 2010 and have recently updated to 8.7 (from one of the older 7.x versions) and when browsing to the page through the UAG portal the HAP login screen just keeps refreshing the page.

 

I haven't turned on SSO yet so I don't think its that, I did see a mention of a problem with cookies causing problems with another web application when published through UAG that caused a constant refresh though (although the fix makes no sense to me).

 

So the big question has anyone else seen anything similar?

SSO isn't supported in HAP+ as some of the components in HAP+ don't seem to work correctly when using Windows passthrough auth

Nope no luck - sitting back on v7 for the time being which works fine

Excellent news. Rolled back to V7 and is running well through UAG. Cheers for the advice

I can tell you from extensive testing from within UAG, AppWrap and the SRA for making internal websites available through the portal, that it is not a cookie issue, as I have testing that scenario. There appears to be only one ASP.NET_sessionId which has no bearing, UAG is passing it without issue. The actual fault lies in jquery.min.js, parseJson function, this part of jQuery onwards causes the browser to refresh. At this point I stopped testing due to time constraints.

Sorry to pull up an old thread, but is there any advancement in Home Access Plus through UAG? Upgraded to the most recent and works fine internally but fails externally using UAG. Does the refreshing problem and when I manage to log in the myFiles section seems to show all menus but no drive info.
