Gmetrix Crashing

Hi All,

 

Just hoping for some real world help with the testing software gmetrix, we keep experiencing crashing, and can not seem to figure it out, if any one uses this software or knows anybody that could help that would be great

We're having these problems too! So annoying! Can't see any reason for it

Sorry i cant help but we have also had a few crashes mainly when they Finnish the test and it wont work with outlook 2010 for us either.

Just spotted this on the GMetrix site. Might be worth keeping in mind if anyone has installed the Office 2013 trial:

 

"Notice About OFFICE 2013

Microsoft has released a preview version of Office 2013. Once installed, this preview does not uninstall correctly, and will cause GMetrix SMS to stop functioning with Office 2007 and 2010.

We are currently unable to support any system where the Office 2013 Preview has been installed. We apologize for the inconvenience and suggest avoiding the Office 2013 preview on computers that also need to run GMetrix SMS."

Hello all

 

Did you sort Gmetrix out? I do know Word keeps crashing on me. Does anyone know anything about Outlook? It just plain doesnt work. tried it with Outlook 2010 then upgraded to 2013. The sync-ing doesn't work because the questions ask for a draft email of jessica@tomo and i don't have this draft in my Outlook. i am so tired of emailing Gmetrix! i have 2 more courses to do before i complete MOS i don't have time to wait on Gmetrix to sort Outlook out. i will leave it to last:)) thanks Kim

Did/Does anyone have an issue with Outlook? i am looking to try to do this exam at work, college and library. Cant seem to do it with Outlook 2013. Any advice would be helpful thanx
