File Upload "Custom Files" in upload dialog

I have altered the setup page so students can now upload publisher files, but when logged in as a student, within the select file to upload dialog they have to select All Files to see publisher files by default (causing a bit of confusion).

 

How can I add *.pub to the default custom files list?

That would be the My Files Filters, this is a set of filters that apply to user uploads.

 

Either via the setup page or via hapConfig.xml

Thanks for the quick reply. I already have that set, this is my config:

 

 

It allows students to upload publisher files, but in the dialog you have to change the file type drop down to All Files (*.*). Any way around this?

odd, it should add Publisher files to the drop down list selector.

 

Firefox doesn't really support the file format filters so the drop down is always All Files.

Perhaps this is an IE 'bug' then. I've tried it in chrome and firefox, both always default to All Files.

 

Strange thing is, when logged in as an administrator account, in IE, All files is defaulted.
