kai91 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Hi, i need a way to put a global signature onto all users on my Exchange 2007 server that includes some brief text and the school logo. Can anyone help? Thanks
TheScarfedOne Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I did a blog post on this last year - applies to Exchange 2010, but the features exist in 2007 and Outlook 2007/2010. Centrally managing Signatures in Outlook and OWA - the free way - Blogs - EduGeek.net
Ashm Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 code two exchange rules will do this and freeWhere have you seen the Code Two solution for free? I remember looking at it fairly recently and it was around the £700 figure for 250 users.
glennda Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Take a look at exclaimer. Software Tools for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
Ashm Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Look at transport rulesThe problem with transport rules as @TheScarfedOne mentions in his Blog post: Why not Exchange Transport Rules Back to this post - and why I didnt use Exchange server. Well - the one big bug/by design behavior with the Transport Rule option is that it cant work out where the body of a reply or forward is - and therefore can only tag its content to either the start or end of the entire message.
Tall_Paul Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Another Exclaimer user here. It's a bit 'chatty' but works perfectly.
DSapseid Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 @TheScarfedOne did you ever get round to doing a part 2 to your blog as mentioned in the blog linked above?
